Catering & Support Group
The Riddells Creek Fire Brigade proudly operates one of the stronger “Catering & Support” groups in the local area. In the event of a large fire, these women and men volunteer their time to help cater for the firefight and the lovely meals they quickly prepare are very appreciated by all. Benefits of joining such a team include networking with other members in the community and also receiving recognised training in correct food handling techniques. Other than preparing food for large fires, the Catering & Support Group also support the local brigade by fundraising throughout the year.
